Refunds, Exchange, and Warranty Information
At BagShades, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Below you will find our policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and warranties.
Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all refunds.
Process for Refunds:
- Contact our customer support team at support@bagshades.com to initiate a refund request. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”


Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all exchanges.
Process for Exchanges:
- Contact our customer support team at support@bagshades.com to initiate an exchange request. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item/size/color you want.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send the new item to you. If there is any price difference, we will notify you for further action.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Warranty
Warranty Coverage:
- All BagShades products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Process for Warranty Claims:
- Contact our customer support team at support@bagshades.com to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item, we will repair or replace it as per the warranty terms. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund.
Non-Warranty Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand markets.
